A leading luxury travel provider are looking for an Online Marketing Assistant to help with the delivery of their online marketing objectives. These objectives include increasing customer acquisition and retention whilst maintaining a focus on cost efficiency for the UK and European websites, and supporting the Head of Marketing and the E-commerce marketing manager in responding to the commercial needs of the business, both strategic planned ahead and short term tactical activities.  You will help to manage all websites for the company and brands, specifically working to maintain the specials pages and continually develop the websites to enhance the customer experience.  You will co-ordinate the update, testing, development and launch of new European websites and associated online marketing activity, help coordinate PPC activity for all brands and countries, help coordinate SEO activity for all brands and countries, and coordinate affiliate activity for all brands.  You will work with the eCommerce Manager to write, plan, create and deliver all emails for all brands and all markets as well as copywriting for all websites and online marketing activity and managing all third party online marketing activities and campaigns.  You will help manage the analytics for all websites and report on them as well as manage tour operator microsites, keeping them up-to-date with the latest offers, product developments and imagery.The successful candidate will be a good communicator - written, verbal and presentation, with strong copywriting skills, have the ability to project manage and multi task and have the confidence to build strong relationships with internal and agency/ supplier teams.  You will be highly organised, be able to put yourself in the consumer mindset and be creative, articulate and numeric with a good eye for detail.  You will have experience of e-marketing/commerce and have an interest in the travel industry.

An award winning tour operator are looking for an Office Assistant to support the PA to MD in various administrative and organisational tasks.  Your responsibilities will include general PA and secretarial tasks, such as organising corporate travel arrangements including flights, transport and accommodation, setting up meeting rooms, organising corporate lunches, typing up documents, and creating/amending presentations.  Other responsibilities will include stock control, ordering supplies, returned direct mail, data correction, address look-ups, brochure requests, and any other duties deemed suitable and within your capability. A Tour Operator with over 70 years experience are looking for Ski Reservations consultants to join their specialist team. You will be fielding a wide range of enquiries from clients, from those who know exactly what holiday they wish to book and are very knowledgeable, to those who have never skied before or have never skied before and have no idea of what they want, and thus need guiding towards a suitable resort and suitable accommodation. As Product knowledge is the key, you will be learning on the job & given appropriate product training so that you are armed to answer any questions that you are asked. Expanding travel company require reservation worldwide sales advisors to join expanding reservation department. In this exciting  reservations position you will be sales advising and making reservations for adventure , ski,  luxury , wedding , sport,  city break , villa , flight only , brochure , and worldwide tailor made holidays. Sales advising and making reservations for the products & services you love - Travel . The successful person will be providing first class customer service from enquiry to closing the sale & following up, with full training offered to the right people. You will also be working in a friendly team and helping managing the budget whilst achieving your targets and receiving great incentives. To be considered for this position a min of 2 A Levels along with long haul travel and previous sales/ customer service skills (not necessarily in travel). Ambitious people with a passion for travel are welcome.

Well travelled Graduates with excellent communication skills required to join the reservations/ sales department of award winning travel ogainsation featuring reservations worldwide. This position will involve handling customer enquires regarding worldwide holidays and featuring interesting itineraries such as  adventure, ski, activity, sailing, diving, as well as flight only and tailor mades. Our client design their own tailor made holidays hence requiring their staff to have experienced long haul travel themselves. You will also be providing our clients customers with first class customer service from enquiry to closing the sale & following up. Reservations Consultants are needed for the reservations team in a leading luxury reservations company, making reservations for the most discerning of travellers. Listening to your customers needs you will be converting reservations into bookings for travellers wishing to experience some of Europe’s finest and quintessential travel destinations. You will be able select travel products from a portfolio of hand selected hotels, that truly sum up ambience and character of the host destination. You will pay attention to the finest of details and ensure that all your clients requirements are taken care of, helping to fulfil the well earned reputation of one of the best providers of travel in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate, with or without experience, with a passion for travel to enter the industry, as you will be given all the necessary training. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be passionate about providing excellent customer service, and have an understanding of what the needs of a discerning traveller are.
