The UK's leading golf travel specialist is looking for talented individuals to join our expanding sales team to coincide with significant growth in 2011.  As a Golf Sales Consultant you will be expected to respond promptly to enquiries that are generated by phone, email and the website and assist clients in booking all elements of their golf holiday.  Offering more than just a booking service, you will be armed with exceptional venue and product knowledge, providing a consultancy service for golfers looking to book their next golf holiday establishing the client's requirements and make recommendations accordingly.  You will be selling golf holidays via inbound / outbound leads (Target led), receiving & making calls to clients and venues, emailing quotes to clients and calculating costs & preparing package quotes as well as managing your customer accounts. A reservations consultant is required to join the ski reservations department of a top travel specialist selling tailor made holidays to ski resorts globally. The reservations consultant will be handling all travel arrangements, including booking flights, transfers, hotels, weekend breaks and sporting activities.The reservations consultant will take holiday enquiries by phone and via e-mail through our client’s website and listen to client’s requirements and advising them on suitable holiday destinations. The reservations consultant will be checking availability with hotels and airlines and putting tailor made quotes together and holding and booking flights on our CRS system or through our preferred suppliers. He/she will be taking deposit payments once holiday has been confirmed and booking holiday extras such as ski instruction, car hire, and spa treatments and babysitting. The reservations consultant will also be Liaising with resort staff and other departments where necessary and have opportunities to work in resort for short periods of time during peak weekends. The successful reservations consultant must have excellent communication and administration skills and have good memory and numeric ability coupled with a confident phone manner. This position is perfect for a degree educated ski person who has maybe worked in resort looking to now work in London.

Our partner is looking for a Branch manager to manage the sales team of dynamic travel agents located in London.The responsibilities of the Branch manager are to lead a team of travel consultants by ensuring each individual reaches their sales target. This will be monitored by tracking each individual against KPI's. You will also motivate the team on a daily basis, by creating a dynamic atmosphere to work in, be responsible in arranging team night outs.
