The Product Assistant will be required to Book & issue staff (including resort staff) flights, Issue client flight tickets (from Galileo bookings, groups & allocations). Enter ticket info onto BSP spread sheet and calculate BSP returns (twice a month). The Product assistant will apply for refunds and obtain net rates whilst answering Sales / Logistic team queries. The Product Assistant will process information sent by airlines / Galileo / IATA etc for relevance to Powder Byrne while Checking Q10 (ticketing queue) & Q40 (staff flight queue) regularly. They will check agency debit / credit memos and book airport reps for peak travel periods. The Product Assistant will be required to Co-ordinate sales team incentives with airlines and apply for CI plates. The product assistant will calculate TOD's and fall back & recovery. Printing of payment reports (plus start & end of day procedures), Ticket voiding and MPD's are also required to complete by the Product assistant. The successful Product assistant will also deal with all other administration tasks including quote grids, Client booking files, Producing travel packs and insurance. The successful candidate will be self motivated with excellent organisation skills.
