Graphic Designer, £25k, London. ref: V402/2288

Fantastic travel company are looking for an online and offline graphic designer who would be responsible for the design of brochures, newsletters, off-line advertising and online activities. The responsibilities of the graphic designer will be designing creative concepts for online and offline advertising including brochures, newsletters, websites, e-shots, e-newsletter and press releases. You will ensure all briefs are delivered to schedule. You will liaise with the product and marketing teams on layout and presentation of artwork. The successful applicant will be well versed in Quark Express, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Freehand, HTML, Dreamweaver, flash and fireworks. You will be able to work on one’s own initiative, possess a keen eye for detail, able to communicate with other departments and able to deliver to deadlines.

Flight Systems Co-ordinator, Up to £16K, Hampshire. ref: V241/2280

An industry leading and well renowned Tour Operator highly commended for its attitude to responsible travel is looking for a Flight Systems Coordinator to ensure that the internal Reservations System is loaded and maintained and that all information held within the systems is current and accurate at all times. You will ensure that any carrier changes, flight number, class, schedule or routing changes confirmed by the Air Liaison Team are amended, and will interact with various departments and make changes at very short notice. You will use set criteria and work with other departments to produce flight change memo's and action any changes resulting from memo, making sure you load all confirmed flight information from airlines. Furthermore you will carry out the annual brochure change process for each product, which involves loading flight information for all brochures and carrying out subsequent system changes, maintaining and manage daily flight systems in box, working with flight release team to resolve any issues arising at air release. You will need to undertake a check on all tours 13 weeks prior to departure with flight details being checked against Amadeus with any differences to be communicated to the Air Liaison Team and changes tracked until completed. You will deal with any queries from Reservations regarding flight changes or problems, keeping various spreadsheets updated with requesting information and monitor and manage changes occurring within the brochure change periods. The successful candidate will have good numerate and analytical skills, with a strong administrational ability. Experience of a flights department of a tour operator or airline would be advantageous, as would a working understanding of the Airline Industry would be beneficial including experience and a good knowledge of international airlines, their hubs etc. An excellent opportunity to join a leading tour operator.

Hotel and Conferencing Account Manager, £22K, London. ref: V517/2218

An established conferencing and hotel operator are looking for account managers to join their team, at their centrally located London office. You will be managing the accounts of their corporate clients that range across all sectors of commerce from Telecommunications to Television, researching, arranging and attending to all their hotel and conferencing needs worldwide. It will be your responsibility to understand your client’s needs and help them find the most appropriate accommodation based upon their requirements. You will be researching the hotels, and then negotiating with the hotels to ensure that your clients get the best rate. You will be then responsible for all aspects of the operation, ensuring that the bookings are processed correctly, that any special requests are met and that all administration is completed with documents sent out in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of hotels and knowledge of reservation procedures for accommodation and conferences, with a good attention to detail and be able to negotiate rates to meet the client’s budget. You will have excellent customer service skills, be organised and computer literate and able to work under pressure, prioritise bookings. You must be numerate, enthusiastic, motivated and have the capacity to learn quickly and adapt to different requests from clients.

Passport and Visa Consultant, Up to 27K, London. ref: V516/2211

This position services the company's exclusive clientele inclusive of large international banking, oil, distillery & media firms and travel management companies. The consultant position handles a variety of tasks which include the provision of visa requirements to travellers with complex itineraries, liaising with companies and Embassies. You will be responsible for the management of traveller's applications, data entry, dispatch and answering e-mail/phone calls. This role will be based on a shift pattern basis and candidates will be required to work nine hours per day varying between the hours of 0730 and 1900. We are looking for independent self starters who possess excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills whilst paying fine attention to detail while meeting strict deadlines. Candidates must have a good working knowledge of global destinations and three years experience in the travel or finance industry or a related degree. One other language and international document processing is desirable.
