The role will involve effectively introducing new business by producing quality, competitive quotations in response to our client's group travel requirements in the UK. You will be expected to acknowledge all new requests with a telephone call and ensure all requests are qualified then produce quality quotations using our standard systems and consistently trying to maximise the conversion rates. All new requests then need, to be followed up, confirmed and then logged onto our systems. You will be working closely with suppliers ensuring the correct services are booked at the correct rates and maintain close communication and monitor the progress of bookings. Our staff keep a close eye on passenger numbers, options, deadlines and payment agreements whilst maintaining good and up to date product knowledge. Process of invoice need to be attended to promptly as does resolving any queries The role will involve handling reservation inquiries, answering email/faxes and dealing with all correspondence with our clients in a professional manner and ensure all information is relayed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have outstanding sales and customer service skills in a travel related field with an exceptional working knowledge of the UK and Ireland. Fluent French is a must as is having a keen eye for detail.

Due to the recent success of the company, our client is looking for a Partner Account Manager whose chief responsibility will be to research and identify business opportunities with prospective partner websites who will have the potential to act as an out let for our clients reservation activities. You will have to establish an understanding of their business objectives and match these with our client's product range to maximise and create new business opportunities. To do this, you will be arranging and attending client meeting with key distributors in order to secure deals - possibly requiring international travel. You will then negotiate and close the deals, based on affiliate models, search engine submission, pay-per-click, link submission, web-advertising and sponsored content. This will mean that you are going to be managing all processes and administration leading up to and finalising the deal which will mean you will have to develop your own marketing strategy alongside your line manager to achieve your goals. You will continually be monitoring relevant market information and maintain a high level of product knowledge You will also be required to maintain good relations with existing partners, managing all aspects of their interaction, by communicating regularly and understanding their business objectives in order to maximise the opportunity within the account. To be effective in this role you will need speak a Scandinavian language or Spanish, able to work under your own initiative, and be result orientated. You will need be enthusiastic, pro-active, positive with the ability to influence key decision makers. To do this you will need to be able to communicate in a written, oral and presentational format. Knowledge of on-line travel and Scandinavia or Spain would be advantageous, but not essential.

The Operation's executive key responsibilities are to plan and provide itineraries for proposed tours and book any travel arrangements needed. Experience in booking and co-ordinating both group and individual itineraries with experience on booking travel arrangements.

A great position for a Hotel Contractor has become available with a well established independent inbound tour operator to work in their luxurious London office. The hotel contractor will be responsible for negotiating competitive contract rates with hoteliers throughout the UK and Europe achieving the best tariffs available.
