You will need to have previous phone sales experience and a genuine desire to work in travel. As a cruise sales executive working for one of the country's foremost agencies you will be dealing with a wide reaching and discerning clientele selling the best products in the Travel Industry's most rapidly growing sector. Working in a busy travel sales environment the cruise sales executive will need to be highly organised and have the ability to provide a superior customer service whilst still have the ability to hit and exceed your sales targets. A leading luxury tour operator is seeking an enthusiastic individual who will ensure that their brand is at the forefront of the Travel Agents mind on a daily basis. The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment where no day is the same. You will maintain, develop and enhance relationships to Travel Agent partners, ensuring that all targets are exceeded in line with company KPI'S, help build awareness of the company's products, ensuring the highest level of service standards are maintained at all times. Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be to negotiate commercial terms within the parameters set by the Head of Sales, ensure regular communication with our Travel Agent partners, develop a business plan to ensure year on year growth of the company’s products, deliver training to travel agency partners, and represent and promote the brand at trade and consumer events & exhibitions. Due to internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a well established, world renowned Travel company in the Gatwick area as a duty officer. Working within the Duty Office as a customer service duty officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the best possible service whilst on holiday, resolving in-resort issues, making amendments to flights, hotels and other ground products according to customers requests and in disruption situations.
